What we collect, and why

We do not sell or share your personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not disclose it to advertising platforms for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is what California law calls sharing.
The businesses you enquire about receive your details, because that is what an enquiry is. Five Bays Insurance Agency receives them only if you separately choose that.
We do not collect sensitive personal information
We do not ask for your Social Security number, driver license or state ID number, passport number, financial account or payment card details, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, genetic or biometric data, health information, or anything about your sex life or sexual orientation. We have no use for any of it.
Your choices
You can opt out of sale and sharing, unsubscribe from marketing, or ask us to show, delete or correct your data, at any time, without giving a reason and without creating an account. Use Your Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page, or submit a privacy request.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt-out and act on it immediately.
We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
