Who it's for

Water-efficiency rebate that supports defensible space. Landscape conversion and irrigation equipment rebates for Santa Clara County sites. Default cap for single-family and small multi-family (4 or fewer units) sites is $3,000; maximums may be higher in some cost-sharing areas. A pre-inspection is required, and no lawn removal or purchases may start before the Notice to Proceed; projects are finished within 90 days of it. Applications are evaluated in the order received while funds remain; current funding lasts until June 30, 2027 or until depleted.
