Who it's for

Program for residential and private commercial customers of participating SCWA member agencies who convert at least 300 square feet of maintained lawn to water-efficient landscaping. Rebates are first-come, first-served while funds last. Current rebate terms: $1.50/sq ft. Residential cap $1,500 per water account. Private CII cap $7,500 per water account. Timing and availability: No fixed program close date; availability ends when funds are depleted and SCWA may terminate at any time. Project completion within 120 days of Notice to Proceed. Remaining funds are not confirmed.
