Wait for the Notice to Proceed letter with a pre-approved application
Remove the lawn and install the project per the Terms and Conditions
Schedule a post-inspection within 8 months of the Notice to Proceed
Provide final application, plant list and W-9; check issued within 4 weeks
Sheet-mulched projects receive an additional four months if needed. Program budgeted through June 2027, subject to earlier termination; no firm application closing date stated.
