Your Free FAIR Plan Discount Checklist

Check off the 12 wildfire mitigation measures on the FAIR Plan's discount form. Each one may qualify you for a discount. When you're ready, we fill in the FAIR Plan's own form for you to sign, then you send it to Five Bays, to your own broker, or download it. WildfireList does not submit anything to the FAIR Plan.
